Ayres Bright Vickers, Chartered Accountants have an opening for a Bookkeeping and Payroll Assistant to join their busy practice based in Worthing, West Sussex.
The ideal candidate does not need any experience as full training is given however they must be familiar with software such as Microsoft Word/Excel. However, a candidate with existing experience will be considered.
The candidate will join an established Bookkeeping and Payroll Department and assist the manager and his team in the preparation of weekly/monthly payrolls, processing clients records on accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Brightpay and Sage, completing VAT returns and other tasks as reasonably required, at the office.
The candidate will need to have excellent Attention to Detail and organisational skills.
The practice deals with a wide range of clients; companies, Sole Traders and partnerships.
The salary is an initial training salary to be reviewed after a 3 month probationary period has elapsed.
The position is available to be started immediately, subject to any requirement for the candidate to work their notice period.
