Overview



At Gallagher Re, we are seeking two highly skilled Bordereaux Analyst to manage and analyse bordereaux data, supporting our insurance operations and risk management strategies.

We are currently implementing a bordereaux management tool Intrali so we are looking for experience with this system or similiar bordereux management tools such as Tide, DDM, Binder360, Binder Cloud or VIPR

Your expertise in data analysis and insurance principles will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data submissions, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

You will be joining a Team of 5 and this role will be based from our London Headquaters but we are open for this to be remote and anywhere in the UK. Travel to London or a more local Gallagher Re office will be required one or twice a month.



How you'll make an impact

Data Configuration, Transformation, and Processing:

+ Configure and transform bordereaux data using VIPR and other data management tools for accurate and efficient processing. + Develop and implement workflows to streamline data handling and improve operational efficiency.

Data Mapping:

+ Perform detailed data mapping to align incoming bordereaux data with internal systems and reporting requirements. + Maintain comprehensive mapping documentation to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Query Management:

+ Manage and resolve data-related queries from stakeholders efficiently. + Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.

Client Excellence and Onboarding:

+ Support the onboarding of new clients by configuring data systems for seamless integration. + Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their data needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Point of Contact for Bordereaux Technicians and Outsource Teams:

+ Serve as the primary contact for bordereaux technicians and outsource teams, providing guidance and support. + Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Quality Assurance and Spot Checks:

+ Conduct quality assurance checks and spot audits on data processed by team members. + Identify and address discrepancies or errors in data submissions, implementing corrective actions.

Reporting:

+ Maintain comprehensive reports to monitor and analyse bordereaux data. + Conduct exception reporting to identify and track data anomalies, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
+ Perform sanction checking to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Manage written vs. paid analysis to reconcile discrepancies between premiums and claims.




About You



Technical Proficiency:

+ Previous experience in bordereaux management, data processing, or insurance operations. + Excellent understanding of bordereaux management software, such as Intrali.
+ Proficiency in data management and analysis tools like Excel.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
+ In-depth understanding of insurance principles related to bordereaux processing.

Analytical Skills:

+ Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights. + Strong problem-solving skills to address data quality issues.

Attention to Detail:

+ High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis. + Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data submissions.

Communication Skills:

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration. + Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Team Collaboration:

+ Experience working in cross-functional teams. + Ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Continuous Improvement:

+ Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis technologies. + Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
