You won't just be supporting our BPS team-you'll be leading change. We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of key projects, contribute fresh ideas, and challenge the status quo. You will:

  • Drive Lean Transformation: Embed lean manufacturing principles across sourcing, production, and logistics, ensuring efficient and flexible processes.
  • Lead Projects: Take charge of initiatives that improve material flow, enhance productivity, and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Health & Safety, Engineering, HR, and more to deliver impactful change.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage and analyse key production data to identify trends, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
  • Be a Key Player in BPS Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Bosch's high standards of excellence.
