• Drive Lean Transformation: Embed lean manufacturing principles across sourcing, production, and logistics, ensuring efficient and flexible processes.
• Lead Projects: Take charge of initiatives that improve material flow, enhance productivity, and optimise operational efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Health & Safety, Engineering, HR, and more to deliver impactful change.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage and analyse key production data to identify trends, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
• Be a Key Player in BPS Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Boschxe2x80x99s high standards of excellence.
