About the role Your key responsibilities will be: Client Relationships

  • You will attend weekly status meetings with clients alongside a wider account team to gain insight into their business and ensure delivery of work across campaigns meets promised SLAs e.g. new campaign plans, creative deadlines for launch being met etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • You will put together client status sheets ahead of meetings.
  • You will eventually act as the day-to-day digital contact for your clients & lead status calls.
  • You will present our work back to clients with confidence and credibility.
  • You will attend client events when requested which may on occasion be outside of core working hours, because you know it\xe2\x80\x99s important to show we\xe2\x80\x99re committed to our clients and inspire new ideas.
Team
  • You will attend weekly internal status meetings to ensure your colleagues are kept up to date across activation actions required for live and planned campaigns.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be engaged and contribute to weekly agency meetings and training sessions, ensuring you\xe2\x80\x99re prepared for all agendas shared.
  • Share and grow our core values by collaborating with the team in delivering discussions, scheduling external speakers, helping organize social events and processes which make Bountiful Cow a fantastic place to work.
  • Support your manager as well as the wider digital team/agency when required.
Delivery
  • You will take pride in your work with great attention to detail to ensure each task is delivered to the highest quality of excellence (no matter how big or small). You can identify when something doesn\xe2\x80\x99t look quite right and if you can\xe2\x80\x99t find the solution yourself, you\xe2\x80\x99re not afraid to ask for help\xe2\x80\xa6 you know your team don\xe2\x80\x99t mind.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll build campaigns within relevant, self-serve biddable platforms to meet the requirements of our client\xe2\x80\x99s media plans and their ad creative guidelines.
  • You will brief digital media owners and put together media plans for programmatic/display campaigns, pushing media owners for the best plans.
  • You are responsible for checking the ad accounts you work across daily to ensure they are pacing within forecasted spend and estimated delivery across our KPIs, and take appropriate action if not.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll extract data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign analysis reporting (some from custom dashboards), working with your manager to interpret the data to glean actionable insights.
  • You will help put together PCAs, RTBs and occasionally audits, along with commentary and analysis, and help present these to clients.
  • You will be responsible for the correct and timely finance for each of your accounts, including adding bookings to the finance system, reconciling campaigns & clearing unbilled reports.
  • For display bookings, you will send IOs to media owners, work with ad ops to generate tags and set up Campaign Manager and IAS reports.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved in the planning process and create media plans with the help of your manager to meet campaign briefs from our clients. This includes targeting, estimated delivery/forecasts and costs, using on platform tools including YouTube reach planner, Meta campaign manager, Meta ad library, TikTok insights.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to competitor insights by utilising tools/desktop research.
Requirements Skills you will need:
  • Experience in campaign builds, audience builds and management within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube) & TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience briefing media owners and running display/programmatic campaigns.
  • Knowledge of campaign objectives, optimisation goals, bid strategies, placements, formats, creative best practice and why each is chosen.
  • Knowledge of platform attribution methods & UTM URL wrapping.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and make relevant, actionable recommendations off the back of this.
  • Proficient skills in Excel and the creation of formulas. Experience creating pivot tables is advantageous.
  • Experience building decks in PowerPoint and presenting to clients.
  • Experience adding campaigns & POs to finance systems, reconciling media plans and sending IOs.
  • Personable and able to build relationships with clients, media owners, and internal teams.
Desired but not essential:
  • Experience with other social platform ads managers (X, Snap, Pinterest)
  • Experience with one or more of the following attribution & reporting tools: Google Analytics (Universal/GA4), Adobe Analytics, Power BI.
  • Experience setting up experiments/AB tests in-platform and brand lift studies would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with media ops team to apply tagging and brand safety to campaigns.
