We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic team members to join our wonderful team at Picnic Park Deli over our magical festive season as part of

CHRISTMAS TREE WONDERLAND

.

We are interested in hard working people, who can work flexibly as part of our team. You will be required to work weekends with a variety of shifts available for our pop-up in Bournemouth Gardens running for 8 weeks (mid November 25 - January 26) and

over the Christmas period.

The Venue:

Picnic On The Piste is a pop up ski themed cafe-bar as part of Christmas Tree Wonderland in the Lower Gardens. The magical set up will featured heated tents, snow-covered trees, hot chocolate and cocktail bar, live music and more.! Open daily from 10am-10pm.

Job Roles:

The roles involve all aspects of customer service, daily food & beverage operations:

- Providing a fast, friendly and magical customer service at all times.

- Welcoming customers and advising and inspiring our customers with their choice of products

- Espresso, hot choc and coffee drinks making

- Bar service & cocktail making

- Food preparation from a simple menu

- Carrying out cleaning duties and monitoring compliance with health and safety,

- Setting up and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere

- Delivering the 'Picnic Park Deli' customer experience at all times

- Assisting in the events side of our operation

- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol (Challenge 25).

The ideal candidate:

- Naturally welcoming and have a charming personality

- Exude energy & Christmas cheer!

Reliable, confident and hard working

- Strong social skills and a passion for excellent customer service.

- Coffee making skills (preferable but not mandatory)

- Bar skills (preferable but not mandatory)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English

- Be flexible with your working hours

Please note that working some weekends is a must. Successful applicants will be available to work on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day if required. There will be no requirement to work on Christmas Day.*
