Group Exercise Manager

Salary: 40k
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (45 hours/week incl. weekends + teaching 3-5 classes/week)

We're on the hunt for a high-energy Group Exercise Manager to take our studio experiences to legendary levels.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Designing and managing class timetables across two gorgeous clubs
-Finding, coaching, and high-fiving top freelance instructors
-Bringing brand vibes and high standards to every sweat session
-Launching buzz-worthy new classes, events & seasonal campaigns
-Crunching class numbers and KPIs
-Tag-teaming with Sales, Ops, and Marketing for total synergy
-Managing the admin bits (like schedules, payments, and compliance)
-Overseeing gym floor classes in collaboration with the Fitness Manager
-Wearing the Duty Manager badge one weekend a month
