Assistant Practice Manager
to support the daily operations of our two busy dental practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and leadership skills who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily operations across both sites Supervise reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow Handle patient queries and help deliver an excellent patient experience Manage staff rotas, timesheets, and assist with HR administration Oversee stock control, ordering, and maintenance coordination Assist with financial tasks, including invoice checks, payments, and reporting Contribute to marketing initiatives and internal communications Ensure compliance with CQC, health & safety, and practice policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in dental or healthcare management preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident multitasker with strong attention to detail Proactive, professional, and supportive team player
