Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, 24,425 - 24,824 per annum equivalent to 10,562 - 10,734 per annum.


16 hours per week (including evening and weekends, and occasional early mornings)


Permanent, part time.

About you:

Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
