We are seeking passionate and approachable personal trainers to deliver Boxing based circuit training classes within a brand new purpose built multi disciplinary wellness centre . This is a paid position and is suitable for both experienced coaches and personal trainers and those eager to further develop their skills within a supportive, high-quality environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in boxing-based fitness training, with a solid understanding of safe movement, conditioning and injury prevention to deliver engaging and inclusive sessions.
We are especially keen to build a
core unit of coaches
to cover our 3 principal fitness class areas of : Hot Yoga, Reforma Pilates and Boxing based circuit training, who will work with us to help shape the foundation of our brand. Responsibilities
Lead engaging, high-energy
boxing fitness classes
suitable for a range of abilities.
Teach correct boxing techniques including stance, footwork, pad work, and combinations.
Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels.
Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that builds confidence and motivation.
Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring technique and managing intensity.
Set up and pack away equipment before and after classes.
Assist with client check-ins and maintain a smooth class experience.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the studio with professionalism and positivity.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of training areas at all times.
Qualifications
Recognised
fitness, boxing or group training qualification.
Strong understanding of conditioning, movement mechanics and injury prevention.
At least 1 year of experience delivering boxing-based fitness classes (preferred, not essential).
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and support clients of all levels.
Personal liability insurance and DBS.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for community, wellness, and movement.
