Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and developing athletes or participants through structured training programmes, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver coaching sessions tailored to the skill levels and needs of participants. Motivate and encourage athletes to achieve their full potential through constructive feedback and support. Organise training schedules, competitions and team activities in line with organisational objectives. Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of individual development and team performance. Promote fair play, sportsmanship and a positive attitude among all participants. Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation regardless of ability or experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports/boxing coaching or teaching with a strong understanding of the specific sport or activity. Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating individuals across diverse age groups and skill levels. Organised with the ability to plan effective training programmes and manage multiple sessions simultaneously. Passionate about sport, fitness, or physical activity with a genuine desire to inspire others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential A positive attitude, organisational skills, and the ability to lead by example are essential qualities for success in this role.
