About the Role
At Footyfun4Kids, we are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Kids Boxing Coach to deliver fun, engaging, and safe boxing-based sessions in schools. The role involves introducing children to the fundamentals of boxing, developing their fitness, confidence, and discipline, while promoting positive values such as teamwork, respect, and resilience.
You will be working with children of primary and secondary school age, leading sessions that focus on non-contact boxing, fitness, and skill development in a school environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, safe, and enjoyable boxing sessions in line with school timetables.
Create a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
Teach boxing fundamentals, discipline, and fitness in a non-contact, age-appropriate manner.
Manage class behaviour and ensure safeguarding standards are maintained.
Build positive relationships with school staff, children, and parents where appropriate.
Maintain equipment and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Requirements
Experience coaching children and young people (boxing or multi-sport).
Boxing coaching qualification (England Boxing or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Energetic, engaging, and passionate about working with children.
Ability to travel to schools in Ealing, Richmond and Kingston.
First Aid and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
PE/sports coaching experience in schools.
Additional sports coaching qualifications.
Experience working with SEND pupils
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
