This is a role for a compassionate and skilled Male Support Worker to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group team in Camberley, supporting a client with a range of complex health needs, including brain injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, personal care, attending appointments and physiotherapy, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, personal care, attending appointments and physiotherapy, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. They will need to have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, particularly those with brain injury and challenging behaviour, as well as a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach. A full UK driving licence and access to their own car with business insurance are also required.
