Your Role



As Branch Financial Controller, you'll be the financial co-pilot to the Head of Business, steering performance and ensuring operational excellence. You'll lead the accounts function, deliver timely and accurate management accounts, and drive profitability and cash flow strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver accurate dealership accounts within deadlines and in line with company policies.

Support the Head of Business with financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

Provide financial guidance to departmental managers to optimize performance.

Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the dealership.

Oversee payroll, pensions, and tax compliance.

Lead forecasting and budgeting processes with precision and foresight.

What You Bring



AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience

Full UK Driving Licence

Proven accounting experience - automotive industry preferred

Familiarity with Pinnacle - a plus!

Strong leadership and team management skills

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
