Basic Salary:

35,000

On-Target Earnings:

67,500+ (uncapped commission)

Bonus:

Additional earnings for every 5% over target achieved

What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front: generate and win instructions through valuations Manage the sales pipeline and nurture client relationships Inspire and coach your team to achieve and exceed KPIs Conduct valuations and viewings to showcase properties Identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive performance

About You

Proven Estate Agency experience (5+ years), ideally in branch leadership Strong listing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills Ambitious, results-driven, and resilient under pressure Excellent communicator with commercial awareness

Full UK driving licence required
