Role Overview





As a

Branch Manager

, you'll be responsible for:


Leading and motivating a small but dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service. Driving sales growth and improving branch profitability. Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Managing stock, logistics, and operational efficiency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and commercial customers. Supporting the business's growth plans, including future relocation to a larger site.

About You





You'll be an enthusiastic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will bring:


Experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager within trade supplies, drainage, civils, or a merchanting environment. Strong operational understanding with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. A proven track record in sales and business development. Excellent people management and communication skills. A customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
