Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team at One Love Basildon Takeaway in the heart of the community. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward by ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Engage with customers to enhance their experience. Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships. Prepare reports on operational performance for management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for Caribbean cuisine and culture is a plus.
