We are looking for a

Branch Manager

to join the team at our busy

Basildon

branch. You will play a key role in supporting our culture, which is centred on the Storm Charter and our commitment to exceptional customer service. This is the foundation of our success and key to shaping our future.

You will report directly to the Directors, and we would ideally like to see a work history that demonstrates the majority of the attributes and experience listed below.

Key Attributes & Experience

Ideally have a proven record working within the HVAC sector or associated industries Proven experience managing a team across sales, purchasing, and operations Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach A positive character, professional attitude, and strong work ethic--these are crucial to our final selection Enthusiastic, motivated, and not afraid of hard work Practical and hands-on approach to all branch duties

Role Responsibilities

The Branch Manager Full-time role will include, but is not limited to:

Managing a small, dedicated team Full responsibility for the branch P&L Overseeing sales and purchase system administration Handling sales and purchase invoice queries Managing delivery and collection note updates and changes Ensuring all administrative procedures are followed, supporting smooth branch and company operations
