Do you possess construction experience within a trade counter environment? Are you experienced at managing and coordinating people? If so, we have an exciting new challenge for you.

The Fascia Place is one of the UK's largest independent suppliers and manufacturers of low maintenance building products, windows and doors. We are searching for a new Branch Manager for this well established Basingstoke Location.

The position would suit someone with previous merchant experience. Knowledge of the building trade and products is essential.

This is a full-time salaried position based in our Baisingtoke branch. All applicants will require a full, clean, UK driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include, but are not limited to:

Managing a small team to deliver exceptional customer service Building relationships Advising customers of our product range and developing a wide product mix Problem solving Stock Control Cash handling Administration Loading and unloading of deliveries Working with colleagues to increase customer base and sales

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Branch Manager:

Ability to think on your feet & respond to complications calmly and efficiently Experience managing & coordinating teams Confident in using IT office tools, in particular excel and CRM systems A team player & a great communicator Able to organise your workload and prioritise tasks Highly organised, and be thorough with great attention to detail A "can do" attitude is a must!
