We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to oversee our Residential Sales department with the intention to launch a new branch in Hastings by 2026. This is a target based role for someone who has the ambition and potential to build and lead a team.
Responsibilities
Generating new business
Conducting market appraisals
Producing high quality photographs and particulars
Conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Client feedback
AML compliance
Sales Progression
Creating social media content and marketing material
Leading and managing branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets and improve overall performance.
Monitoring financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to team members.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
Skills
Proven experience in a managerial role within Estate Agency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
A proven track record in sourcing and winning instructions.
A strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
A self-motivated and pro-active attitude.
The ability to build rapport with clients from a range of backgrounds.
Good knowledge of IT, social media, and a passion for marketing.
A full UK driving licence.
Good knowledge of the Hastings property market (desirable).
