We are excited to present a rare and exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager at our retail site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The branch is a busy hub delivering a first class tyre and mechanical service to our customers, including but not limited to;

Tyre fitting (car, van, 4x4) and puncture repairs Wheel alignments Fast fit services such as batteries, brakes, exhausts and suspension Class 4 & 7 MOT's and service work

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations such as;

Managing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation Leading and driving sales for both Retail and Account transactions Liaising with customers in store and via our online bookings Maintaining an accurate stock record, ensuring re-order requests are placed in a timely manner to ensure good in-store availability Reviewing, setting and adhering to depot standards and sustaining high levels of customer service, efficiency and professionalism
Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential for this role, however, you'll be supported by the Assistant Manager and a number of other key-personnel including a Zone Manager, Area Operations Manager and Head Office Team.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, but you may occasionally be required to work additional hours for the proper fulfilment of the role.

The salary for this role is up to 40,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
