Branch Manager

Hours - 7. 00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday


Location: Quadrant Trading Estate, Ash Ridge Road, Bristol, BS32 4QA

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement Build and develop great relationships with new and existing c ustomers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions Build effective relationships with Suppliers Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

Leadership of up to 6 people gained in Builder's Merchant or Construction Supply Proven successful experience managing branch P&L Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
