We are now looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join ourStore in Burton to lead a strong team, delivering growth, improving standard of services and overall profitability.
The Area has previously produced several Area Manager Candidates and if successful, could provide a route to furthering your career within Cash Converters.

Experience in Jewellery, Watches, Pawnbroking or Online Sales, would all be an advantage
The Role:
Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
Drive and motivate your team
Interviewing and recruiting new staff
Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate: The ideal Branch Manager will possess the following attributes:
At least 2 years Managerial experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had managerial experience.
Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
An understanding of KPI's
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
