As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of your branch. You'll drive team performance, ensure high standards of service delivery, and maintain effective coordination across all branch functions. In addition, you will provide support to the Area Manager and may deputise in their absence, contributing to the wider success of the area.

Service



Deliver scorecard targets consistently Foster teamwork and collaboration across branches and the wider business Maintain high standards of branch presentation and customer service Promote a customer-focused culture and achieve customer satisfaction goals

Business Management



Support The Nottingham's proposition and increase customer/member numbers Develop and implement branch business plans with Area Manager support Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Identify opportunities to promote and sell appropriate products and services

People Management



Lead, coach, and develop branch team members Ensure effective recruitment, training, and performance management Manage development plans with regular progress reviews alongside the Area Manager
About you: -

Strong financial services knowledge and business acumen Understanding of Conduct, Operational Risk, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles Familiarity with Terms & Conditions (T&C) frameworks Proven people management and team leadership skills Ability to motivate and build effective teams Extensive customer service experience Skilled in developing and leading high-performing teams
