Branch Manager

HPDS is one of the fastest growing retail organisations in Scotland.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver on our strategic priorities. This position is a Full-Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced retail organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations serving as our main driving force to increase our branch sales, you will achieve this through leading, developing and motivating the team, whilst providing a dynamic and cohesive market presence.

The successful candidate will:

Will provide leadership and develop a high performing team that provides excellent customer service.

Have knowledge of Plumbing, Heating and Renewable technologies, coming from a similar sales background.

Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Take responsibility for maximising branch sales, whilst working to challenging targets.

Be determined to succeed with a positive "can-do" customer focussed attitude.

Be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail.

Branch Manager will be responsible for:

Management of the branch's day to day operations.

Ensuring that the branches Policy and Procedures are adhered to.

Growing sales and increasing our customer base on a month-to-month basis.

Informing new and existing customers of the company's promotions, and company news.

Motivating the team to achieve branch targets.

Working closely with Sales and Senior Management teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals and company needs.

Produce accurate sales and inventory reports and monitor same on an ongoing basis.

Ensuring that the branch runs smoothly whilst maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
