What You'll Be Doing

As Branch Manager, Crayford, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing, sales-focused team. Your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a strong, motivated team. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, maintain the branch's top standards, and tackle challenges around stock, performance, or policies head-on. With your leadership, you'll create a supportive, results-driven culture, setting clear goals and celebrating achievements together. Your mission is simple: drive success, develop your team, and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

You'll need to be:

Experienced

: Skilled in managing a store or branch of similar size, with strong leadership, operational management, sales, customer service, and commercial acumen.
