Job Description
This role starts in January/February 2026 as a Branch Manager in Cheadle, Stockport where you can be fast-tracked into the role of Registered Manager with higher pay.

Experience as Care Manager, Deputy Manager or other Senior Leadership role within
domiciliary care
.Level 5 Diploma
in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent/working towards). Understanding ofCQC regulations
, compliance, and person-centred care. Previous success inmanaging and growing domiciliary care services
A leadership style that ishands-on, empathetic, and values-driven
.Full UK driving licence
