We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Earlston, Forestry and Garden Machinery business and drive operational excellence, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service. Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Effectively manage the team (including Accounts Assistant, apprentice Trainee and Workshop Manger. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the local community. Identify opportunities for business growth Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Stock management including annual stock checks. Lead the site Marketing function, creating and sharing the marketing/social media calendar.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably with experience in forest and garden machinery. Strong people management and communication skills. Be the key holder and alarm responder for the site. Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and business performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
