Modern Tyres are Ireland Largest Tyre Retailers with branches nation wide. We have an opening for a Branch Manager in our Tempo Road Enniskillen depot.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic self-starter, ideally from a retail background. The position would suit an existing retail manager or someone in a business development type role. We will also consider applications from anyone looking to take the next step in their career onto the management ladder and can demonstrate through their qualifications and experience how they would be suited to the role.

You will have overall responsibility for the management of the branch including overseeing the existing team, supervising branch operations and ensuring efficient operations on a day-to-day basis. Managing stock control and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve performance levels.

You will be the face of the branch, meeting and greeting customers and striving to deliver the best in customer service. You will work closely with other branches in the group to share knowledge and improve best practice. You will have good written and oral communication skills including:

excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. basic computer skills must posses a clean driving license.
