We have an exciting opportunity for an engaged and motivated property professional to join us in a management role, overseeing the sales and lettings division for one of our branches.
Whilst some previous experience running a branch would be desirable, we will consider strong Sales or Lettings Managers who have prior experience is both divisions, and who
meet the following requirements

Experience of working in a top performing office, having significantly contributed to the success, and being able to demonstrate strong banked figures.
Valuation experience.
Leadership experience - having at least one direct report who you have supported directly.
A strong knowledge of the London property market. Having knowledge of the South East London market specifically is desirable.
Be Propertymark qualified.
A full, clean driving licence.

Key duties of the role:
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that office targets are met for sales, lettings, and financial services, that office performance is maintained throughout the year, and that the office becomes the market leader in your area.
You must have a strong working knowledge of both sales and lettings processes and keep abreast of legislative updates in both divisions.
You must proactively generate new business opportunities wherever possible. This is a key focus of your role.
Submission of accurate figures and data to the MD and FC on a weekly basis.
You must oversee all pipelines for your branch and provide support as required.
You are to maximise on income for the branch through all income streams, and all targets are being met by your consultants.
To secure instructions for the branch through Valuations, assisting the company in generating new business at every opportunity.
To maximise on securing valuations for the branch at every opportunity, through canvassing, applicant registration and closing an appointment.
Build strong, positive and professional client relationships, identifying specific requirements and communicating clearly at each stage.
Ensuring best practice and high standards in the delivery of all aspects of the role.
Support and training of new staff, and ongoing performance management and support of the whole team. Formal meetings should be conducted with all members of the team on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Basic salary between 28,000-35,000 DOE
Guaranteed minimum commission earnings for first 4-months
Scaled commission between 6% - 15%
OTE 55,000+

Additional fees available for internal referrals to our FS or Development teams
Annual bonus if the office hits sales and lettings target
