Estate Agency Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator



We are seeking to recruit a career orientated trainee sales and lettings negotiator who would like to establish themselves within the property industry. The successful applicant will be a team player who is highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.

The successful applicant will be joining an experienced team of professionals who agreed more sales than any other estate agent during 2024 in the local area, and who let and manage one of the largest private property portfolios in North Kent.

Training:



Full training will be provided by successful and experienced staff who have all demonstrated the highest standards of customer care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate should have:



At least 2 years' experience working in a competitive customer facing environment

A target driven mentality with the interests of the client being maintained

A desire to work within the property market

Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers

Live within easy driving distance of DA1.

A clean UK driving licence and full use of a car.

Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential buyers and tenants. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored advice on suitable properties. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends, pricing, and regulations. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal. Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including contracts and documentation. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or letting process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Salary:



Starting salary 22,000 to 24,500 pa depending on age and experience plus a generous commission package with a realistic OTE of 30,000 within the first year which will rise with progression.

The role is full time 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday with a day off during the week (9 am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 5.30pm on Saturdays).
