Duties

Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement. Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional development and improve team performance. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Conduct regular assessments of branch processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with upper management to align branch objectives with overall company goals.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service environment. Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
