Branch Manager - Gloucester

Full-time, permanent - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm

Salary: From 35,000 per annum basic, plus bonus (negotiable dependent on experience)

Branch Manager

who can take our Gloucester branch to the next level.

What you'll do:

Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding results. Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and new business development. Manage day-to-day branch operations with efficiency and professionalism. Build lasting relationships with trade customers, installers, and local businesses. Ensure stock, service, and standards are always best in class.

What we're looking for:

Proven sales and leadership experience, ideally in the building plastics, home improvement, fenestration, construction supplies, or a related trade environment A natural motivator with the ability to grow, drive and energise a team. Commercially astute with strong customer focus. Confident decision-maker with excellent organisational skills.
