The Role

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused

Branch Manager

to lead our dedicated team in

Farnham

. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the branch, working with the registered manger to ensure we are compliant, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with clients and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Farnham home care branch and collaborate with other branches. Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care Help to develop team members Maintain compliance with CQC regulations with the support of the Registered Manager Foster a positive, values-driven team culture Promote the service within the community

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership role within home care or a similar setting Knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations Strong organisational and communication skills A compassionate, person-first approach to leadership NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
