Branch Manager

based in

Inverurie

you'll be responsible for:

Leading, developing and motivating our great team of 6 in branch Focusing on sales and growth, with full responsibility of the branches P&L Providing excellent customer service , building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/people management

And here's what we'd like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager:

Previous management experience Industry experience preferred - Trade/merchant background Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team


This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
