Job Description
We're looking for a Branch Manager to join the team at Bennetts Car Parts in Knutsford. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the branch, helping your team shine, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers always get great service. You'll have a hand in everything from sales and logistics to team development and customer satisfaction. If you're a hands-on leader who loves achieving great results and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, encouraging, and supporting your team day-to-day Taking the lead on sales, service, and overall branch operations Getting involved in hiring, training, reviews, and planning for the future Making sure the branch is safe, tidy, and up to standard Keeping customer service front and centre and ensuring every customer leaves happy Teaming up with our field teams to find new opportunities and build strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
Confident leadership skills and experience helping a team do their best work Friendly, clear communication skills for building strong connections with both customers and colleagues Plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude A good understanding of how a business runs and the confidence to make sensible day-to-day decisions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 32,000.00 per year
