Managers
who are currently a Branch/Division or Business Manager and currently managing more than two or three 360 recruiters whilst leading by example themselves. This is a hands-on role running your own desk /temp plan alongside showcasing your ability to lead from the front, supporting others to be the best they can be.
Note: You MUST have relevant experience to be shortlisted for interview including:
Identifying new business opportunities, open doors etc through positive interaction with clients whilst managing over 50+ clients (existing) which offers a 'hot' starting point.
To build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end service is provided first time/every time.
To negotiate rates, maximise GP and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions, going above and beyond to provide compliant workers into each and every job/shift and ensuring the team are practising the same.
Understand GP, Margins, Costs, reporting weekly figures and carrying out appraisals, 1-2-1 meetings and ongoing training/support with the team etc.
You must have...
a proven track record in
business development
within the
recruitment industry
, preferably with experience in the
construction /Trades sector or similar
(however other temp sectors will be considered).
strong ability to identify opportunities, close business and build long-term sustainable relationships.
Be self-motivated whilst team motivated too.
Exceptional management and motivation skills to lead the team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills alongside admin/compliance checks etc
