Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our real estate branch. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the property industry and a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive both sales and lettings performance. This role requires strong valuation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to provide strategic insight to support business development and long-term growth.

Duties

Lead, support, and motivate staff across all departments to achieve branch and company-wide objectives Carry out property valuations for both sales and lettings, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability Manage branch budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial targets are met Produce and analyse KPIs and performance reports, advising the Company Director on progress against targets Support business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that delivers excellent customer service Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of branch staff Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement

Requirements

Extensive experience in a senior role within estate agency, covering both sales and lettings Proven track record of conducting accurate property valuations and achieving results in a competitive market Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop multi-disciplinary teams Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, KPI tracking, and reporting Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of accuracy
