As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced

Branch Manager

to lead this exciting new venture. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the success of a new branch within a highly regarded, service-driven organisation.

The Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Nantwich operation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and the achievement of commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team Delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert, personalised travel advice Setting and managing performance targets to drive sales and profitability Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel partners Managing day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and excellence Promoting the brand locally and identifying opportunities for business growth

About You

The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially astute travel professional with a proven background in luxury or tailor-made travel. You will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, sound product knowledge, and a genuine passion for exceptional client service.

Essential Requirements:

Extensive retail travel experience, ideally within an independent or luxury travel agency Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent product and destination knowledge across both bespoke and mainstream travel Strong leadership and team management skills A professional, client-focused approach with outstanding attention to detail
