We're looking for a Branch Manager to join us in our Newark branch to drive operations and grow business in the area. They will manage all business objectives, confidently setting targets and monitoring KPIs to deliver results. The successful candidate will use their initiative to optimise operations and identify improvements to boost efficiency and sales. Experience in effectively managing teams and growing profit margins is essential. This is an exciting time to join the team as we expand our presence around the Newark area.

What you can do for us:



Achieve the goals and revenue targets of the branch by managing daily operations, budgets and setting clear performance objectives via the implementation of a location specific business plan. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and information sharing. Delivering excellent customer service, internally and externally. Plan, evaluate and optimise operations, seeking opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements. Define commercial sales objectives with a focus on volume, pricing, market share and debt collection to ensure a competitive edge and strong position in the market. Enhance and maximise profit margins on products and services, particularly those which represent competitive attractiveness in the market. Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team. Ensure the business is effectively resourced with skilled and competent employees. Responsible for driving a culture of highly engaged employees who feel supported. Carrying out regular reviews with employees to ensure training and development is in place for the team to succeed. Effectively manage and resolve escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal issues. Ensure the branch is compliant with health and safety legislation by promoting health and safety practices and best practice. Creating an aware and safety conscious culture. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual business updates, completing reports as required.

You'll need:



Experience in renewable technologies, specifically air source heat pumps and underfloor heating. Experience in marketing and increasing sales. Experience managing and supporting a team of office and site based employees. Strong customer service experience. Positive attitude and great problem-solving skills. Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 packages 5 GCSE's grades A-C Full UK driving licence
