We're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager to take ownership of our Oxford Plumbing Supplies, part of UK Plumbing Supplies - the UK's largest independent group of plumbing & heating merchants.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand new unite and showroom like it's your own business, running the site with the full autonomy to make local decisions on stock, sales, pricing, people, and performance - without corporate red tape.

You'll lead from the front, grow your customer base, manage your team, and drive profit like it's your own business.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading all day-to-day operations of the Oxford Plumbing Supplies site

Setting local strategy to drive sales, customer growth, and margin

Managing the site team across sales, warehouse, admin and delivery

Building strong relationships with local trade customers and key accounts

Controlling stock profiles, purchasing, site overheads and forecasting

Ensuring safety, compliance, and presentation standards across the site

Developing your team through hands-on leadership and coaching

Who You Are

A confident people leader with experience either running a trade / merchant site or within senior sales for Plumbing, Heating or Bathroom supplies

Commercially sharp - you understand P&L, margin, cost control, and what it means to run a profitable operation

Passionate about customer service and building long-term local relationships

Hands-on, proactive and comfortable making decisions at pace

Strong in planning, communication and motivating others to succeed

Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
