We are looking for a driven

individual to join our Northwood branch as our new Branch Manager.





As a Branch Manager, you will lead from the front, driving team performance and business growth. You'll take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring targets are consistently achieved while developing strong, lasting relationships with our clients. The role focuses on generating new business, encouraging repeat transactions, and maintaining full compliance with industry regulations and standards.



Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am to 3pm


Key responsibilites/requirements




Minimum of 2-3 years' experience

leading and managing a team


Lead daily team meetings and provide ongoing coaching to ensure KPIs are achieved


Monitor and assess individual performance through regular one-to-one meetings


Support team development and encourage career progression


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and buyers


Oversee property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage sales through to completion


Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations


Drive business growth by proactively staying ahead of local market trends and competition
