We wish to recruit a motivated
Branch Manager
to lead ourPlumbmaster Branch
inDuncrue

A leader with ability to take the branch forward in line with Group objectives Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer Focused on generating revenue Passionate about providing excellent customer service Able to lead and manage a team An excellent communicator with effective people skills Experienced with systems and procedures
Key responsibilities for the role of Branch Manager include:
Continually improve branch sales and margin Ensure all branch KPI's are achieved Mentor and develop the team Deliver a high standard of customer service Motivate the team to exceed targets Management of stock in line with sales Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
