Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and professional development.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Utilise software tools such as Excel to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service environment.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in using software applications, particularly Excel, for operational management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
