Your Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, health & safety, and logistics.

Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.

Drive branch profitability through effective cost control and business development.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Represent NWTT with professionalism, integrity, and a hands-on approach.

What You'll Need

Industry Experience
