Job Description

Reform Electrical Distributors are expanding into Southampton & surrounding areas. We are looking for a Branch Manager that will open a new location and build a team to push Reform Electrical Distributors as the household name in the local area.

The ideal candidate will be very driven and approachable, as well as being incredibly organised and reliable. They would have a good understanding of the electrical industry working in a local electrical wholesaler currently.

Responsibilities

- Developing and growing a customer base

- Creating and building a team

- Implementing processes & procedures into the business

- Overseeing and running a profitable electrical wholesale business

Requirements

- "Can do attitude"

- Electrical wholesale experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Sales orientated manager- whilst being operationally astute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
