The Job & Ideal Candidate:

Shires Estate & Letting Agents are seeking a high performing, driven and hard-working Sales Branch Manager to join our newly owned opened office in Stowmarket as part of a modern, innovative company. We seek someone with the ability to perform at a consistently high level through the application of talent and hard work, impress every customer and make their dreams come true! Reporting to the Head of Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for exceeding the expectations of both clients and colleagues on a daily basis as you deliver an increasing market share of the Sales market in the town. Responsible for the career development for each of your team, you will be skilled in performance management, coaching, praise and behavioural adjustment, whilst leading your team towards the goals of the branch and company.

Your track record will be strong and your experience varied allowing your entrepreneurial style to flourish and meet business objectives whilst upholding our reputation for compliance to ever increasing legislative demands

A minimum of 3 years experience in the Property Sales environment is essential.

The Package:

The basic salary is between 30,000 & 32,000 (dependant on experience) with realistic OTE of 60k+ (uncapped).

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00. Where the Saturday is worked, the time off in lieu is taken during the week.
