Michael's Workwear, part of Evoke Supplies Ltd, supplies branded workwear, uniforms, PPE and safety clothing to customers across the UK. With in-house print and embroidery facilities, we pride ourselves on quality products, friendly service and fast turnaround.

We are recruiting for a Branch / Shop Manager to lead the Swindon retail branch and showroom. This role suits someone with retail or trade counter management experience who enjoys leading a small team, developing customer relationships and driving commercial performance.

The Role:

Manage the day-to-day running of the Swindon branch and showroom Lead, motivate and support a team of four covering customer service, orders, production liaison and stock management Ensure customer enquiries and orders are processed accurately and on time Plan and monitor daily priorities, schedules and rotas Visit customer sites to review service levels and identify new opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses Oversee showroom standards, displays and promotions Help plan and coordinate local marketing activity including social media, mailshots and printed advertising Review KPIs including order volumes, turnaround times and sales performance Report monthly performance summaries to Head of Operations
What we are looking for:

Experience managing or supervising a retail or trade branch/team Strong leadership and communication skills Confident dealing with customers and developing accounts Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using systems and reviewing reports (DecoNetwork experience helpful but not essential) Full UK driving licence required Experience in workwear, uniforms, PPE or decorated garments is an advantage but not essential
