Can you lead, motivate and inspire a team to deliver above and beyond expectations, do you continually strive for perfection in everything you do?. If so we have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for inspiring the team to provide the highest level of customer Experience. They will have proven success in achieving KPI's and targets in a similar role. The Branch Manager will lead by example, promote a strong team spirit and ensure everyone is focused on customer satisfaction. They will report to the Retail Director who will support you in achieving operational goals and standards.

It is essential that the Branch Manager has a proven track record in store management, a love of jewellery and genuine enthusiasm and passion for the brand. Minimum 3 years management experience in a retail consultative selling environment is essential.

Hours: 40 hours working any 5 days out of 7
