We're seeking a talented and motivated
Branch Manager
to lead our Paignton branch, supporting our skilled clinical teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- 30,000 - 35,484.80 FTE DOE & qualifications
4-day working week
- 9.5-10-hour shifts with a 30-minute paid lunch (minimum 32 hours)
No out-of-hours
- inpatient care only, 1:4 Saturday rota

About You
Minimum 4 years' experience as a registered RVN
Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Commitment to high standards of patient care and service
Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
